The studio is named after the hill on the edge of Nottingham, and most of what gets made here starts somewhere within an hour of it. Working at this size means a film can be started because it’s worth making rather than because it has been signed off. Nothing gets diluted on the way from the idea to the screen.

The studio is new and the first films are still being finished. Titles and stills go up here as each one is done.
How the films get made
- Starting
- Most films that we produce start off as a simple idea or concept. We then develop these ideas into full scripts and production plans.
- Shooting
- Small crew, often between 2-5 people. Available light where it is good enough and lit properly where it is not. Being unobtrusive gets you things a bigger unit never sees.
- Cutting
- The edit is where most of these films really come to life, so it gets the time rather than the leftovers.
- Finishing
- The final stages of production, including colour grading, sound mixing, and any additional post-production work are all completed in-house.
